Health disclaimer

FitFix Official provides personal training and corrective exercise coaching. We are not a medical clinic, and Omid’s fitness certifications are not medical or physiotherapy qualifications.
We fix movement, not medical conditions
We fix movement patterns, posture habits and technique — never injuries or medical conditions.
Screening only — not a diagnosis
Our assessments and the tests in the FitFix Lab screen how your body moves. They don’t diagnose anything. If a test or your symptoms point to something outside a trainer’s scope, we’ll tell you and refer you to a physiotherapist or doctor. We’re glad to work alongside your physio.
Talk to a health professional first if
- you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, or get chest pain during activity or at rest
- you get dizzy or have ever lost consciousness
- you’ve recently had surgery or an injury
- you’re pregnant or have recently given birth
- you have a diagnosed condition, or take medication that affects exercise
- you’re not sure whether exercise is safe for you
Stop and get help
Stop exercising and tell Omid straight away if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness or sudden, sharp pain. In an emergency, call 911.
Educational content
Articles, videos and posts on this website, in the FitFix Lab and on our social channels are general education. They are not medical advice and don’t replace a physiotherapist or doctor who has examined you. First aid, CPR and AED content doesn’t replace certified training.
